Dr. John W. Morrison is a Board Certified Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon and has been practicing for over 30 years. Dr. Morrison finished college then served in the United States Marine Corps as an A-6 pilot for 4 years with combat experience in Viet Nam. After separation from the Marine Corps he attended dental school at Washington University in St. Louis, MO. He practiced as a general dentist for 10 before joining the United States Air Force where he obtained his Oral Surgery training. He retired from the USAF in 1998 as the Training Officer and Chairman of one of only two Oral Surgery Training programs in the Air Force.
He has been in private practice as an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon in Moscow, ID since 1998. Earlier this year he obtained a practice in Clarkston, WA and now shares his time between the two offices.
He is a member of state and national oral surgery organizations as well as an anesthesia examiner for the Dental Board of Idaho.
